Job Summary

The Sales & Event Planner is one of the most important positions in our center. In this role you are most often the first impression the guest receives when they call or visit us to book a party. Position involves selling and coordinating party events of all kinds including birthdays, family, weddings, corporate, school, B2B, B2C. Work integrally with sales and marketing departments as well with center departments in the planning and execution of each event. Ensure excellent guest satisfaction from beginning to end of event.


  • Develop and organize a business plan to achieve territory sales goals, profitability goals and customer satisfaction.
  • Prospect, develop, and maintain assigned B2B account base while continually developing new accounts throughout our regional business area.
  • Prospect, develop, and maintain B2C party and event base customers to encourage repeat business by exceeding guest expectations and ensuring their party event was spectacular.
  • Work with customers in planning their specific party while promoting our products and services in the most effective and profitable way possible.
  • Provide clients with estimates of the costs of their party or event by detailing our products and services.
  • Understand and execute the administrative side of costing out, billing, entering financial data into POS and computer so all food, beverage, and labor services are accounted for and collected.
